Shipping & Returns


Delivery Companies

Royal Mail 








Orders placed via our web site will be shipped promptly using either DPD ells. We will use the Next Day option however we are unable to guarantee that deliveries will arrive next day as this will vary depending on staff levels in our warehouse, at the couriers hub and at their local depots   


Low value delivery charges 


Orders below £10 will have a delivery charge applied of £10

Orders below £30 will now have a delivery charge of £9

Orders below £100 will now have a delivery charge applied of £8

Orders below £300 will now have a delivery charge of £7 

Orders over £300 will have free delivery 


Large Item delivery charges and some deliveries offshore or to the Highlands 


Packages that are being delivered to some locations in the UK will have a higher delivery charge.  This is for large items, long items or delivery to certain locations 


Shipping Schedule

Order placed before 11am GMT will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 11am may be shipped on the same day or may been shipped on the following day  Weekends and Bank holidays are not working days so orders placed after 11am on Friday will not be shipped until the next working day ie Monday unless it is a Bank Holiday.  We do continue to pick and pack until the couriers arrive however this varies depending on the company and can be between 1pm and 5pm 


Parcel Refused


Parcels refused at a destination will be returned to us. On return of the parcel a refund will be made to the card for the original order value less the delivery charge, less £7.95 return charges. Return charges maybe higher from areas outside of the UK and these will be charged to the card used at cost price plus UK VAT. 


Unclaimed Parcels


If you are unable to receive the parcel then a card will be left through the door and two further attempts will be made to deliver the parcel If the driver is still unable to make the delivery then the parcel will be held for five days waiting for your instructions. If no contact is made the parcel will be returned to us. Unclaimed parcels that are returned to us will be refunded less the original delivery charge and a further charge of £7.95 for the cost incurred for the return of the parcel to Earth Systems Limited. Delivery charges are non refundable for returned goods .



Back Orders


At Easy Irrigation we use a real time stock control system that deducts stock as it is sold. In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will notify you by email and offer alternatives, an estimated delivery time or to cancel the order. We will keep you updated via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. 


Short Deliveries

All our products come with a 12 month fair use warranty unless manufacturers warranties exceed this period

If the item is faulty and within our 30 day main warranty period then we will collect the item from you and exchange it for a new item. If the item is found to be faulty outside of this period then you would have to return the item to us and we will exchange it for you. We operate a fair use warranty and claims are assessed based on wear and use. Please contact us via email before returning the item to us so that we can email a guide to you which will explain how the item should be returned


Returns Policy


If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for either a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.  The product must be returned in perfect condition and should include the original packaging.  Refunds will be made back on to the card that was used when the order was placed. Postage is not refundable. 

Returns outside of the 30 day period will be subject to a 18% handling charge and must be confirmed by email before the item is returned. The product must be in perfect condition and should include the original packaging. The adjustment will be made to the original card that was used and will be made at the time of exchange or refund. This excludes the extended Christmas returns period


Returns costs are at your expense unless on the rare event the item is faulty and inside the 30 day warranty period .


In the rare event that your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange a collection from you free of charge providing it is within the 30 day warranty period. Returns under warranty but outside of the 30 days will be at the buyers cost. Please follow the instructions below, completing the returns form and please make sure that the items you are returning to us were purchased from us before returning. Notification must be made within 48 Hours of receipt of the parcel details should be sent by email to [email protected] .


Can you please return the item in adequate packaging for transportation.



Please include your full name and address, contact telephone number along with your order number and the details of the exchange or refund. Once we receive it back to the warehouse we will take care of the rest and send over conformation via email. Please if possible use the returns for that can be downloaded from here.

Lost Parcels

Items shipped via Royal Mail cannot be tracked. As such no claim can be raised until 21 working days after dispatch. For guaranteed deliveries you should select Next Day Tracked
